Normal Daily Eats

BREAKFAST:

I just go between 3 different things. Breakfast was never my strong suit or something I really have ever eaten. (Not recommended!) You want your largest meal to be breakfast!

Protein Shake:

Protein Pancakes - Jackson’s FAVORITE

Kodiak Power Cakes - (I use buttermilk) with Nutella or Justin’s Almond Butter

Oats Overnight - Yes, you can just simplify this and make them from scratch at home. Go for it. I dont have the energy or drive to do that daily. These are delicious, tons of flavor choices, and packed with protein. Easy start to the day. Personally I mix mine with Almond milk. Comes with a small shaker bottle and takes 60 seconds…if that.

LUNCH

Salad plus Protein. EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. Unless somehow magically I have leftovers which is pretty rare. I add either a full bag of chicken, Costco Chicken or Costco steak.

DINNER

When I have time, I ask the kids what they want for dinner. This is almost always cooked in bulk.
1. For the kids lunches the next day
2. To simplify my packed days.
3. Quick simple easy full of flavor and protein!

TACOS - Well, moreso Tortilla-less tacos. The kids love them. All friends that come over love them and simple to bulk the recipe for the week!

Bison > Beef. Hands down.
More flavor. More protein. Bigger gains!

Spaghetti

Loaded with protein & Piper’s favorite..but only if i use Barilla Protein + Angel Hair Noodles - her demand!

Simple Lunch the next day. Less work when cooked in bulk for the future.

So much flavor, beyond worth it.
